Dress shirt sizes (numbers in cm)

Dress shirt measurements are taken on a garment laid flat. Neck band size is all the way around the neck from the button to the middle of the buttonhole (or, best of all, - actual person's neck just above the collarbone). Chest width is measured just below the armhole and waist width,- at the narrowest part of shirt's body. Sleeve length is measured from the shoulder tip including cuffs. Back length is measured from under collar centre on the back to the shirt hem.
